He is currently a Fellow of IEEE and IET/IEE, and a Distinghished Member of CCF (Chinese Computer Federation). He is the chairperson of the Hong Kong Web Society, and also served/is serving as an executive committee (EXCO) member of IEEE-Hong Kong Computer Chapter and ACM Hong Kong Chapter. In addition, he serves as a councilor of the Database Society of CCF, a member of the Big Data Expert Committee of CCF, and a Distinguished Member of CCF. He has been a Steering Committee member of DASFAA, ER, ICWL, UMEDIA, and WISE Society. |

| Prof. Ram Bilas Pachori, IET Fellow, IEEE Senior MemberIndian Institute of Technology, IndiaBrief Introduction: Ram Bilas Pachori has been a Professor in Indian Institute of Technology ( IIT Indore) , since 2017. He is IETE/IEI/IET Fellow and IEEE Senior Member. He has been invited to serve as visiting professor and visiting scholar at universities in Italy, Malta, Germany, Malaysia, London and many other countries. His research interests include signal and image processing, biomedical signal processing, non-stationary signal processing, speech signal processing, brain-computer interface, machine learning, and artificial intelligence and the internet of things in healthcare. He is an Associate Editor of Electronics Letters, IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering, Computers and Electrical Engineering, and Biomedical Signal Processing and Control, and an Editor of IETE Technical Review journal. |
Prof. Nianyin Zeng, IEEE Senior MemberXiamen University, ChinaBrief Introduction: Nianyin Zeng is currently a Professor with the Department of Instrumental and Electrical Engineering of Xiamen University. From September 2017 to August 2018, he was an ISEF Fellow founded by the Korea Foundation for Advance Studies and also a Visiting Professor at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Dr. Zeng is currently serving or has served as an Associate Editor for Neurocomputing Frontiers in Medical Technology, and Evolutionary Intelligence, an Editorial Board member for Computers in Biology and Medicine, Biomedical Engineering Online, Mathematical Problems in Engineering, Journal of Electronics & Information Technology, and Journal of Image and Graphics, and also Guest Editors for Frontiers in Neuroscience and Frontiers in Medical Technology. He has also served as program committee members for a number of premier international conferences related to intelligent data analysis, including EAI ICMTEL, ACAIT, ICCSE, etc. His current research interests include intelligent data analysis, machine learning and computer vision, computational intelligent, system modeling and applications. He has published more than 100 research papers in referred journal and conferences as well as 18 patents.
